CodeTango in gnome-icon-theme-extras!

As Rodney announced, CodeTango is now in Gnome Icon Theme Extras module in SVN. The list is still small, basically because is very hard do find a good emblem for the other languages, including C, C++, C#.

By the way, a lot of people suggested to just put the name on top of the paper sheet. I don’t think it’s a good idea, but maybe there isn’t other way.

Icons

After months without posting anything new about icons in this blog, this is a list of some I did while I wasn’t studying for tests or freelancing.

These are for Agave, Ardour, Mango Lassi and Nuke:

I really want to do the mimetypes icons for C, C++ and C#, but they don’t have any symbol to represent.. any ideas? Just a “C” on front of a paper don’t make much sense to me…

Agora que o Monkey Messenger mostra os dados do usuário em uma caixa maior, criei um modelo de como o layout ficaria para uma melhor visualização.

Embora o tempo esteja curto, já estou acabando o ícone camera-photo-sony-s40. Só falta terminar os tamanhos 22×22 e 16×16. É, agora, quando você plugar um Ipod verde, um ícone de um ipod verde vai aparecer na sua área de trabalho :).

Compiz logo Contest

The winner is the blue cube from Srdjan Prodanovic. It’s a beautiful logo, that I already converted to tango style for icons

Compiz logo contest - Round 2

After some discussion, suggestions and comments, I update the compiz tangoish logo. Now it looks fine in bigger sizes and has a better symbolism.

The second round of voting begins in January.

Ekiga icons

After create ekiga protocol icon for Landell, I started creating tango icons for Ekiga. By now, there are only 3 icons in all sizes (16×16 and 22×22 color-brightness-contrast are from ArtLibreSet)… next come only after January 7^th!
